As Türkiye Sigorta we continue all our works since our foundation based on “trust”, the fundamental value of insurance and insurance business. We continue to be the leader of Turkish insurance industry with our 23 regional offices, more than 3,600 agencies and 150 brokers, about 5,000 bank branches, more than 1,500 expert staff and strong technological infrastructure.

With the insurance solutions we provide to individuals, institutions, and our country’s strategic assets, we continue our activities effectively in every part of life to create our future with confidence, with the mission of “Whenever you need trust, Türkiye Sigorta is there for you.” At Türkiye Sigorta, we provide a diverse range of products in the non-life insurance area, including fire and natural disaster insurance, car insurance, accident insurances, and health insurances for our customers.  

The main shareholder of Türkiye Sigorta is TVF Finansal Yatırımlar Anonim Şirketi. Türkiye Sigorta is also listed on Borsa İstanbul.

The main shareholder of Türkiye Sigorta is TWF Finansal Yatırımlar AŞ, which owns 81.1% of the Company's share capital. The remaining 18.9% of the Company's shares are traded on Borsa Istanbul.

A member of the Insurance Association of Turkey, Investor Relations Association of Turkey (TÜYİD) and Business Council for Sustainable Development (BCSD Turkey), the Company holds ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 18295 Customer Relations Management System, ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System, ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System and ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System quality certificates.

In order to empower women in business life and support gender equality, we became a signatory of the United Nations Women's Empowerment (UNWEP) on 03 September 2024.

The Company became a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) on 30 September 2024 to support human rights, environment and anti-corruption.

‘Türkiye Sigorta A.Ş.’ has been credit rated by the credit rating agency JCR AVRASYA DERECELENDİRME A.Ş. Credit ratings were determined as follows:

·         Short Term National Corporate Credit Rating: J + (tr) / (Stable)

·         Long Term International Foreign Currency Corporate Credit Rating: BB / (Stable)

·         Long Term International Local Currency Corporate Credit Rating: BB / (Stable)
